What type of containers do I need to refill?
If it holds liquid, we will fill it. We simply ask that your reusable container is clean, dry, empty and uncracked. We also require it to have a functional closure. We always recommend using a container that you already have, but we do have refillable bottles, jars and jugs available.
Where can I refill?
You can refill in person or via curbside pick-up at our shop in Burlington, a pop-up or our refill station in Hamilton. We also offer local delivery in Burlington, Hamilton and Oakville.
Do you offer curbside pick-up?
We currently offer curbside pick-up at our shop in Burlington. Simply shop online, select curbside pick-up at check out and choose a pick-up time. Please call 905-638-7275 upon arrival. If you ordered refills, a staff member will come outside and collect your empties and promptly fill them.
Do you deliver?
We currently offer free local delivery in Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville and Mississauga for orders over $65. Orders under $65 are subject to a $10 delivery fee in Burlington, Hamilton and Oakville and a $15 delivery fee in Mississauga. If you ordered refills, please leave empty containers outside your door on the day of your delivery.
How do I order refills online for curbside pick-up or local delivery?
Refillable products can be purchased online for either curbside pick-up or local delivery. To order refillables online, we have two options:
1. You can select how much product you’d like to refill by weight. For this you will select the amount (ex. 5 x 100 grams) and add to your cart.
2. You can select our Fill & Bill Service, in which we will fill your empty containers with selected products and send an invoice after we’re done. For this you will select the Fill & Bill option for the specific product(s) you would like to order. These products are priced at $0.00 as the total is calculated after your pick-up or delivery is complete. Please note, if your invoice amount exceeds $65 before tax and you were charged a delivery fee, this will be credited on your invoice.

Do you ship products across Canada?
We do not currently ship products across Canada.
Will you pop-up in my neighbourhood?

Yes, we offer zero-waste workshops and pop-ups at medium to large sized businesses. Please click here.
What happens to the bulk containers you refill from?
Once empty, we return them to our manufacturers, where they are sterilized, refilled and reused, over and over.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we have e-gift cards available. They can be purchased online here. E-gift cards will be sent directly to the purchaser's email address. Once the purchaser receives it, they can either forward the e-gift card email or print it and gift it.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Note: All refillable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How come you aren’t using an electric cargo van?
Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find an electric cargo van that meets our needs available for purchase in Canada. In a perfect world, our van would be electric, but that will take time and money. We hope this becomes a reality for Park Market & Refillery and so many other Canadian businesses in the future.
Are you doing anything to offset your emissions?
As our business matures, we aim to have a fully carbon neutral operation. Until then, if you wish to offset the emissions resulting from the transportation of your product, visit www.less.ca or www.mossy.earth.
